The location but at the same time not in the thick of it

It's a bit noisy, not from its external position but thin walls and wooden floors so you can hear the other guests

The hotel was spotless and staff very helpful.

The breakfast was very limited - cereal, fruit juice, yoghurt and croissants - no choice at all, not even any fruit. The coffee was good and plentiful though. It was quite hard to find - best way is to get off water bus at Accademia bridge, cross over and then take the second small bridge on your left (the first bridge on your left is closed anyway). The door to Foresteria Levi is facing you - no sign on it - just look for the number 2893

Staffs were very good and friendly, location was nice too

Breakfast was poor, very few options. Not even the basics like ham, eggs, toasts etc

Fantastic location; only 10 minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square. comfortable, well-appointed room. Very quiet location. Perfectly adequate breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful: nothing is a problem.

the walls of the rooms are very thin: you can hear everything that is going on in the next room. The entrance to the hotel is discreet to the point of being invisible. we had asked the way in a nearby cafe, but even so it was only the number on the building which gave us a clue that this was Foresteria Levi: its main purpose appears to be as a musical foundation.

The location was excellent (after we located it). The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.

There needs to be better directions to the hotel. I was within 100 feet of the entrance and couldn't find it. Neither could I get help from vendors nearby. A descreet signage would help. A detailed map with directions from the Academia Bridge would have saved me untolled steps with luggage. There is no air conditioning.

Great staff. Nice room. Excellent connections with the whole city, by foot and by vaporetto.

Wider window for coffee. For example, keep the large breakfast from 8-10 AM, but offer coffee and a few packaged snacks available from 7-11 AM.

The location was fantastic and the staff extremely helpful. I would easily recommend this hotel to those looking for a convenient landing pad while visiting the city. However, this is not the best hotel for those expecting to spend many hours in the room on a luxurious getaway.

The hotel was very pleasant, in a beautiful Venetian palace. I would describe it as a good value for money. The staff and breakfast were more than OK and I would recommend this hotel to literally anyone!
